About the Role:
EnTech is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to support our HR Administration and Immigration Management functions. This role focuses on providing administrative support for essential HR processes, including employee documentation, HR compliance, onboarding, and immigration support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver timely and accurate HR services while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee file management, and HR documentation, in collaboration with the broader HR team.
- Prepare and process employment verifications, official employment correspondence, and HR reports as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, including digital and physical personnel files, I-9 forms, and compliance tracking.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating task assignments, document collection, and systems access for new hires.
Immigration & Work Visa Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end visa process (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, etc.), including petitions, renewals, and compliance.
- Liaise with immigration attorneys and government agencies to ensure timely filings.
- Educate employees and managers on visa requirements, restrictions, and travel compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records for I-9, E-Verify, and USCIS audits.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and adjust policies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and U.S. work visas.
- Knowledge of employment law, I-9 compliance, and visa categories.
- Experience working with fragomen, BAL, or other immigration firms (a plus).
- High attention to detail for documentation and legal compliance.

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000/year
